The Sunshine Care Prayer Partner program has developed over time. Now, more than ever, nursing home residents need our conversation and prayers. Many elderly, living in nursing homes have no visitors or family. They feel alone and scared. This loneliness has an impact on their quality of life.
Over the last few years, we have piloted our Sunshine Care Partner Prayer program to some small-town nursing homes. The results were outstanding! Not only do the facilities appreciate folks praying with their residents, but the residents and their families appreciate the prayer program too.
In the corporate world it is difficult to combine business and faith, however I take on that task. The model has already been tried and proven by successful businesses like Chick-fil-A, Home Depot, Hobby Lobby, Sunshine Care Partners will follow their example.
Sunshine Care Partners has joined with Bob Thomas Ministries to implement our Sunshine Care Prayer Partners program, first in Oklahoma, then Nationally.
Please partner with us to do this great work. You can pray for God to give us good success. You can volunteer to pray with seniors. Your Sunday School or church can participate. You can give us a name of a resident who need our ministry. You can volunteer, to be a volunteer coordinator, or You can donate. Find your place in this purpose and make a huge difference for God’s glory and the good our nursing home seniors.
We appreciate your prayers most!
In the love of Christ Jesus,
Rusty McMurray, CEO and Chairman of the Board Sunshine Care Partners
